Memorandum of Understanding : 17 from the
Steering Committee and 98 from others (Basin Organisations, NGOs, International organisations, Research Teams, Scientists, etc.).

Twinnings
1st Call
At the time of the first call for proposals, 5 twinning agreements have been supported and 20 missions are programmed whose 7 have already took place. This first phase of exchanges is planned to be complied before the end of the year 2005. Missions reports are being elaborated and disseminated.
